Admission Requirements​

  • A birth certificate must be submitted for proof of age.
  • The Pre-K 3 year old child must turn three on or before October 1st of the current school year.
  • The Pre-K 4 year old child must turn four on or before October 1st of the current school year.
  • The Kindergarten child must turn five on or before October 1st of the current school year.
  •  The First Grade child must turn six on or before October 1st of the current school year.

  • The Pre-Kindergarten requires that all children be completely toilet trained.  If there is a problem, the parent will be contacted and asked to remove the child from the program until trained.  The child’s place will not necessarily be held.  

  • Students requesting to be enrolled in grades one through eight will be interviewed along with their parent/guardian prior to being accepted before a decision to accept is made. A probationary period of forty-five (45) days will be given to any student who transfers into St. Genevieve’s School.  

  • A Baptismal Certificate and verification of reception of any additional sacrament(s) are required, where applicable.

Do you want to Transfer to our school?

Parents of students transferring to another school must notify the School Secretary a week in advance of the date of transfer. The following information should be given at time of notification:

  • Name and grade of student;
  • Date of Birth;
  • Reason for transfer;
  • New address, if applicable;
  • Name, address (including zip code) of new school the child is transferring to; and,
  • Last date the child will attend St. Genevieve School.

Records will be forwarded to the new school as long as tuition and fees have been paid and upon receipt of the above information.
