2018-2019  Registration Fee/Deposit​​  

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE registration Fee that is to be paid when regisering your child/children. THE REGISTRATION FEE WILL NOT BE APPLIED TO TUITION. Families whith one child will pay $150. Families with multiple children will pay a $225 registration fee for the family. One month's tuition per child is due upon notice of acceptance for families entering Saint Genevieve's for the first time.

PRE-KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM FOR 3 & 4 YEAR OLDS

Students entering Pre-K must be 3 and/or 4 years old on or before October 1, 2018. Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before October 1, 2018.

OTHER FEES: GRADES PRE-K - 8 PAID BY 2/28/2019

Computer and Media - $75.00 per child (nonrefundable)
Virtual High School (VHS) Learning - $299 + $20 registration fee per child (8th grade only)
Graduation - $150.00 (8th grade only)

PARTICIPATING FAMILY 

To be considered a participating family, a family must be: 
  • A practicing Catholic
  • Registered in a Catholic Parish 6 months prior to the start of the school year; and,
  • Regularly using the envelope system.

A Non-Participating Family will be considered a participating family and entitled to reduced tuition when the following criteria has been met:

  • Using the envelope system for six months and, thereafter, on a regular basis;
  • Be a practicing Catholic; and,
  • Registered in a Catholic Parish.​
YEARLY FUNDRAISING FEE PER FAMILY FOR GRADES PRE-K 3 THROUGH 8

THE FUNDRAISING OBLIGATION CAN BE MET IN TWO WAYS:

1. Raise $600.00 through approved 
    fundraisers during the year. If this
    obligation is not met through fundraising,
    the remaining balance is to be contributed
    by the family of the enrolled student(s) by
    April 19, 2019.

OR

2. Contribute $400.00 by September 30, 
    2018.


TUITION PLANS​

Tuition payments are expected to be made on or before the designated date(s). Failure to meet tuition payments without good reason can result in the denial or withdrawal of educational services. Families who do not meet their financial obligation and do not acknowledge late notices may be asked to withdraw from the school. A packet of current fees is available at the school office.

Two tuition plans are available:

     1. Payment-in-Full: A 3% discount will be applied towards the fees if full payment is received within the first 30 days of registration.
     2. Monthly Payments: First Payment is due June 1st for the following school year. By September, four payments must be made before a child can enter            school for the fall term.  A fee of $40 will be accessed monthly for late payments.

​A returned check fee and/or late fee will be assessed for any checks retuned due to insufficient funds.
